It's solid food. I say "solid". I mean that it's good. It's not sherbet. The noodles and spices are family governed, and the... atmosphere is OK enough to dine-in. Ordered from Bui about 2 weeks ago, just getting to my review now. We had the Chicken Pho, the Crunchy Chicken, and the Veggie... Rice Noodle Stir Fry. We were hoping to get the Fresh Rolls, but alas they were sold out. The service was excellent. We waitedfor our food, but we watched it being carefully prepared by the staff. I've had Vietnamese food in many places; this wasabsolutely one of the best in years. All three dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy with a great flavor; thevegetables and noodles were perfectly cooked; the Pho was clearly a homemade broth, and the ingredients were all highquality.
