Haven't been here in months but some things never change. I love the onion rings from Sonic, but yet again, they don't have any... at this location. The past 3 or 4 times I've been here, they have been out. I guess the guy who makes them isn't working today.Yes, I was told that once, that there's only one guy that can make them properly, and if he's not here, they don't sell them.That's ridiculous and so is consistently being out of them. Just take them off the menu, as it would save time. After waitingfor at least 15 minutes for my order to come out, I call back in to ask if I'm going to get my order or not. The guy tells methey're waiting on fries. I guess they wait until 15 minutes after you order to make those. Weird. When I finally get my food,the fries are lukewarm!!! I ask to speak to the manager who gives me a story about onion rings and how they're always out. Afterthat, I then tell him it's absurd to have to wait this long for a plain burger and small fries. He tells me they were waiting ona fresh burger, which is an absolute lie and opposite of what he previously said!!! I'm definitely not.coming back here again,and that was one of the worst experiences I've even had a fast food place, let alone a Sonic. Don?t go here unless you want your online order wrong. Came here tonight (wasn?t busy) and received my order and told them I... didn?t see my fried cookie dough bites and the lady insisted it was there?it was there but there was only ONE. Now who would pay$2.99 for just one fried dough bite? That?s not all. I also ordered the blue raspberry slush with the .50 add on of the burstingbubbles which was NEVER put into my drink and to top it off they forgot my order of fried pickles which was another $3.19. Isent a report to the sonic team and I want my money back because this is absolute BS. For the prices you are charging I betterhave my whole meal with NOTHING missing every single time. Read more
I went to this Sonic for a quick snack on my way home from work. The drive thru line was ridiculously long so I went into one of... the stalls. After pushing the button, I waited for about 20 minutes with no acknowledgement, meanwhile the drive thru line hadbeen cleared and more cars had piled in and been helped, so I left because clearly the stalls weren?t a priority. I?m in thefood service industry as well and I understood the importance of getting through that line, but there was no helping any of thestalls. Maybe it?s a staffing issue but this location needs to get it together and make sure all stations are beingacknowledged and taken care of. Read more
This has got to be one of the worst drive thru places I have ever been to. They are always so slow and backed up. They never... answer the stalls; you have to hit them three times just to get through to someone. Today was the last straw as I ordered a milkshake through the SONIC app, proceeded to park in a stall and wait for it to be brought out. I was charged for the milkshakeand the screen and the app told me that the hop was on the way out with my order? Well it never came. At LEAST 30 minutes laterI had to go into the drive-through to tell them it never came and call customer service to get a refund for a shake I never gotbut was charged for. That?s absolutely ridiculous. It?s just this location too as I?ve been to the one in Milford and never havethis issue. Read more

Terrible customer service. Rude employees and snail speed service. I Put an order in through the app, pulled into a stall, put... the stall number in the app when I was prompted , saw my name on the screen and then it disappeared and sat there for 15 minswith no food. Asked an employee to check and he said there was no order in the system. Same employee instructed me to reorder itthrough the app and I can call the next day (it was a Sunday) to speak with the GM to get a refund. Sat there for another 15mins while the order was made after the same prompts on the app for the stall number and my names showed up on the screen again.Called that Monday, the girl I talked to claimed she wrote all the info down and said GM Chad would call. It?s Thursday, I?veyet to receive a call from him and every time I call and start to speak with someone the phone magically disconnects. I?m goingto dispute both charges with my back and they?ll never get another penny from me. Update: Do not reach out to this store forany refunds or customer service.
