I live right down the street from this location and used them for convenience for months, but now I have to go out of my way to... get my order right. More than half the times I place an online order, they hand me half the order and tell me to have a good daywhile I have to remind them of the rest. I recently ordered a coffee and donuts and the woman gave me an attitude when I askedfor my preordered donuts, then proceeded to give me the wrong ones. The last time I ordered a cold brew with a turbo shot and afew other drinks, it came with sugar instead, and the other beverages were the wrong size. Worst experience at a dunkin' or any fastfood place ever. Not only was the manager ridiculing me for my outfit (Mind you it was... early I was just wearing some pajama pants and a tee) She pointed out that I was going for a cheap option, and asked how much Imake, not only is that completely unprofessional, it was also embarrassing infront of many other customers. We went through drive thru, ordered our items. Before we could even finish speaking , the employee on the headset told us to... pull up. They were in such a hurry, they messed up the whole order. Amongst going back through and explains the issue, themanager if I'm correct had an attitude and seemed like it was a burden for him to correct the issue. We were told to wait and itwould be fixed but yet we still got a cold sandwich and coffee wrong.
