I hate leaving bad reviews. This was my first time going to this Chipotle, and I was hesitant because of the many reviews... stating they often mess up orders. I ordered delivery?a burrito and a side of chips. Got my delivery?no chips. With the deliveryfee and tip, I paid 25 dollars for just the burrito. When I contacted them, instead of reimbursing my card for the chips, theygave me a promo code that I could get free chips with my next order, and I have to use it within 30 days. No thanks. WORSE CHIPOTLE LOCATION Ive been here a few times and they are always out of chips, always out of guac, always out of drinks,... and usually out of chicken and other ingredients. I?m writing this review because I Live Chipotle and hope management can help the situation My family and I were there today.... Ordered 20 minutes ahead. We?ve been waiting at a table for 30 minutes so far. We had to clean our own table before we sat downwith napkins we got from the bathroom. Utensil and napkin dispensers are empty. ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** This Chipotle location has turned for the worst recently with absolutely no regard to health &... hygiene. Ingredients are mixed in each other, surfaces are nasty and no cleaning measures in place. The staff here is notmotivated to provide customer service and the barely moving lines are a good indicator as such. I found the condition of therestaurant to be completely unacceptable during a recent visit which was to pick up an online order. When I reached here, I wastold my order was delayed due to an hour long backlog of online orders and in person orders were being prioritized. Afterwaiting for about 25 minutes, I checked in only to be told that my order was not in the system and I had to stand in line. Whatcould have been a 5 minute pickup window turned into a 50 minute nightmare. Also to note that they are out of half theingredients and my burrito bowl was just chicken over plain cold rice.
