I have been there 2 mornings on 2 different days during different weeks at approx 6:20 AM Car already in drive thru, me next... and customer at the door to go in. No one answers at the drive thru after waiting 10 minutes. Now it's 6:30. We at the drivethru leave and lobby customer walks away. The first time I experinced this lack of response I was the only one at the drive thrualone and left after waiting 10 minutes. This location is really really awful! I meant to give it no stars, if possible. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day, if they're getting ready to close or open,... the food always tastes like it was the last of what they have available and sat out for hours, and not even under the warminglights. The last double cheese I had, the meat (was it meat?) reminded me of what it must be like biting into raw, cold leather.The cheese was hardened, and the fries were ice cold, and crunchy, like potato chips. They spared no expense with the salt, eventhough I requested no salt. I went around to go through the drive-thru again and I pulled right up to the window. There were nocustomers inside or cars behind me in line. The same kid came to the window and after I explained the problem, he said he wassorry if I thought he cared because it was already 4 minutes past closing, shut the window down and walked away.
