The wings were great except for the orange chicken. So gross! Also my kids chicken had over cooked breading. There was barely... any chicken inside. She resorted to her fries because she couldn't Bute through the hard exterior. And i couldn't either. Idon't recommend that. Also thus place I'd always super cold. Placed an online order for the 20/20 bundle. There was nowhere online to enter my preference of extra crispy for the wings so I... called and requested it. At first the person who answered the phone said it wasn?t possible to do, when I asked to speak to themanger, she said it was possible and gave me no issue. This BWW needs to be shut down. The place is run by a bunch of high schoolers who are nothing but rude and unpleasant. The... blonde haired high school girl needs to be fired because she has no people skills and doesn't realize BWW is a resturant and nota high school it is a requirement to talk to people with respect and if you can not do that you should find a new job. Themanagement here is about as useless as can be with no care for the business. The food at the resturant is always horrible andsloppy. I have never been to a resturant that was as bad as this one. Do not bring your children here because the food isalways either undercooked or burnt and you don't want them (or yourself) to get food poisoning. If you want wings that badly goto BJs near the mall you will appreciate everything more there. If you're reading this review and others who have said the samething I am I promise that you will experience the same bad behavior and disgusting food as we all have. The prices are way toohigh for the food to be so bad and the service to be worse than the food. Seriously save your money and go elsewhere or takethe longer drive to a different BWW it will be in your best interest and will save you the aggravation that you would get bycoming here and trying to have a nice meal for everyone and everything inside of the restaurant to be disgusting. Worst service ever! We have been to other Buffalo wild wings before and have had good experiences. We placed an order for an... appetizer and asked to have the BBQ sauce and peppers on the side. The BBQ sauce was on the appetizer. We placed our order andit took a very long time for it to come out it wasnt busy at all either. The chicken was slightly warm and chicken was dry likeit had been sitting for a while. Also the wrong sauce was on them. My husband asked for onion rings and got fries. When shecame to check on us as we were finishing our meal I informed her about all the issues and all she said was thats the kitchenthat messed up. I said I was telling her so she could tell the manager and the kitchen. She just said sorry for the mess ups.We will never be going back there. Read more
