This was the worst experience in ordering I've ever had. Waited 45 minutes for our order, they delivered the wrong one. I... attempted to call and get a refund and was on hold the first time for 30 MINUTES. I can't even attempt to get the right ordersent to us because they won't pick up. I tried to call again and ask for a manager, got put on hold and then got HUNG UP ON.Nobody will even talk to me. NEVER order from this location. Read more
The pizza from this location specifically has been more appetizing and better prepared/cooked than two other locations that are... closer to my home. I make the drive to this one because the food actually seems like a more enjoyable bang for the buck. Read more
Per this tracker pizza was out of the oven for an hour before arriving at my door, pizzas were room temperature. Tried to call... store once pizza was late, about showing out of the oven for 30 mins. Waited on hold for 21 mins with no human to ever come onthe line. When driver got here and pizza was room temperature, the driver stated she is just a driver, so no clue when it waspulled from the oven. I asked for a refund and did not want the cold pizza, the driver said she would cancel the order thenhanded the pizza back. I asked for her to cancel right now where my cameras would she it she said she can't I walked inside.This is completely disgusting and customer abuse. Read more
Hey Owner, why do you only respond to the few people that somehow managed to have a good experience. Seems backwards to me.... Maybe try making it right. I just received my order from this location. Normally it is at least acceptable but unfortunatelythis time my pasta dish came with, no joke, 1 piece of sausage in the entire dish. Seriously, they have to actually try to dothat. The odds of that accidently happening are worse than the odds for hitting the lottery. Not sure what i did to deservethis, i always tip very well. But not anymore. Ridiculous! Very disappointed!
