Had to remove my prior 5 star review to replace it with this one. They are never open on time. Nearly every single day. 30-45... minutes late DAILY. (I try to plan my lunches with their opening time as I work down the road.) This location is full of teenagestaff that do nothing but play around and not take their job serious. I love panda express but will never get it from thislocation. Read more
The establishment was clean and staff were helpful, but the manager at this location is not the friendliest. I asked what the... closest thing to Mongolian beef was (because they do not offer any samples at this location) and manager didn't answer, insteadlet his employee try to find the answer to my question for a minute before he finally responded directly to his employee. One of the worst Chinese places I've had in Madison. The noodles are dry and very little flavor and chicken feels like it had... been sitting out for hours. Much better options out here, I would not waste your money on this restaurant. Read more
