I swung by at 9:20 at night to get some food after work. The lady at the drive through box tells me to hold, so I do. Ten... minutes go by as a line forms behind me and still no answer. Finally, I give up and drive by the window to see the crew leaningon counters and not doing anything. Not likely to come back if the store is just going to ignore it's customers. Read more

I have been in this store for twenty minutes waiting on their signature menu item I have watched numerous people come in after... me ordering the same item I have, yet my order is not complete the only difference is the guy behind the counter for the instore is a terrible cook. He is on his phone behind the cook station and just plain goofing off instead of working his orders.The drive thru is the way to go. This store is probably one of the worse stores I have been too with this franchise. Alsothey have no ice. Also they charge you for asking for zaxbys sauce however they just hand it over the counter like it isn?t aproblem by the handfuls I will not let them know I want extra til I get my food from now on this is for sure why pay for it ifthey just give it away. Went to this location for lunch with a friend and was HIGHLY disappointed. For starters, I ordered through the app, and it... wasn?t ready when I got there. Waited over 30 MINUTES asked about my order and got nothing but attitude and staff ignoring mewhen I asked nicely if it was done. People ordered after me and got there meals within 5-10 minutes. When I did receive my foodit was cold and i had to wait longer to receive my large cup. The staff are rude and need training asap! I won?t be returning. Read more
