Food is good and not too expensive
Great place for an afternoon lunch break from work. Friendly staff, excellent food, and good prices. One of the 'secret'... treasures of the area. Highly recommend! Update: This venue still is a gem. Check it out! Read more
I have to start out by saying I?ve visited this location for almost a decade with no issues. However, the last few times I?ve... been in (post pandemic) the staff has been less than friendly. The cashier seems short and put out when you have a request.Also, they don?t communicate very well with phone orders. I order a family style banana pudding and they packed a smallcontainer. When I corrected the mix up, they acted like it was my fault and I waited for ten minutes. To add more insult to theinjury, when I got home to enjoy my pudding, it was almost tasteless. I paid $25 for mediocre banana pudding. Very dissatisfiedcustomer and as sad as I am to say it, will most likely take my business elsewhere. There are other establishments I enjoy more. Read more
The food was delicious, but I had to get a can soda because either the ice or drink nozzle was leaving black sediment in my cup.... Upon looking at the clear ice dispensing section, I saw black crud in it. After asking for a canned drink and explaining why,Pam acted as if she was inconvenienced and didn't believe me. Better practice would be to apologize and clean the dispenser andnozzles. It is a common finding, but customer service goes a long way! Read more
