Quality has really gone down since the last time I was here. One sandwich (hook and ladder) had very little meat on it and the... other sandwich was a little bland and made like a bad burrito (everything on one end). Kind of sad really that sandwich optionsare so poor in Madison Read more
Very poor communication lazy mangement and workers. I walk in and can feel the tension and seeing individuals size up other... individuals like nobody is welcomed rude male and female employees not clean. Asked for mangement due to a food concern and shewas not helpful or knowledgeable it seemd and not wanting to be at work but in her own world and kids what seems to be youngpeople behind the counter cussing where myself and other customers can hear if you want to talk like that then stay home. Do notwaste your time at this location due to poor mangement I guess the owner or whomever needs to clean house fully and start freshbecause seems nobody has experience in this establishment other then a couple perhaps that are not mangemnet but two shift leadsfrom over hearing communication bewteen workers one female and one male. The parking lot is a disaster the location is adisaster as well as the atmosphere you feel pushed out and starred at like your going to get jumped and cussed at by workers orother customers again do not bother with this location. This store is one of my favorite spot for lunch with my colleague. But its not for today. My complaint includes: there is smoke... inside the store and cause the air looks cloudy, multiple soda ran out, paper napkin is also out. I can give these issues anexcuse when sometime its just a bad/busy day. However, I have to write this message because it gets worse. My sub got wet, thepickle is mushy and not crunchy at all. Also, the lady shows that she doesnt want to welcome us. Im so upset writing thiscomment but I hope these issues wont happen on my next visit. Read more
