There were 4 workers in the store, 3 of which that were all working on other tasks other than serving the lunch hour rush. I?m... not sure if they had a catering event or something but all the workers were focused on making pickup orders. Poor customerservice! Read more
Love this place. Food is fresh. Employees are awesome. Moved to Bama from Florida ( where we lived across the street from a... jersey mikes). Have been going to Jersey Mike's since 2002 and they are my fave sandwich shop by far. I drive 25 mins or so toget to you guys in Madison and happy to do so. Their chicken Philly is by far my fave sandwich out there. I wish you guys had alocation in Priceville or Somerville. Read more

How do you run out of bread at 2pm?? Came to this location twice and they were out of Rosemary Parmesan bread at 2pm. First time... still got sandwich on different bread but there was barely any meat on it. Second time I stated we would not be ordering, allthe workers acted like I gave them a present. They were so excited to tell me sorry and continued in loud, condescending voicesto tell us to have a great day as we were walking out of the store. Who acts this way? I was not rude nor did I say anythingexcept that we would not be ordering anything. Terrible customer service, incompetent staff and organization. Not to mentionstaff do not change their gloves after using pens, touching paper or other items, even cashiering. Gross and unsanitary. Andthen they can?t even have enough bread to get them through a day. Why pay the high prices for their sandwiches when you can?teven have it on the bread you want or within health standards? I have just moved here back in the summer and I tried Jersey Mike's a few times. The food is delicious. The meat is cut fresh... right in front of you. The bread is sliced fresh and the sandwich is prepared the way you like it. The workers are friendly andthe restaurant is clean. I will definitely put Jersey Mike's on my favorite list.
