Who doesn't love cinnamon bites? The speed in getting my order to us, and freshness of the food made up for our 8 hour drive... and bad service earlier at the Golden arches. The server was a respectful young gentleman with a warm smile and excellentcustomer service. You represented your company and hometown in which I had never visited very well. The sweet tea was good. It?s worst sonic at 72 west Madison.The service is slow and ask to come to door for pick up and need to wait for long time.... Every other sonic they bring food outside but this one never bring the food out bad customer services. Read more

IF YOU ARE NOT BUSY (I called after sitting in a stall for about ten minutes, no response), then it should not be an issue for... you to take my order. Lost my business for the time being. Prefer the one on County Line. As a restaurant employee myself, Iunderstand long wait times due to staff shortages. Service was good. Food was good.
