I've been coming in the early mornings for the past few months and they never ask if I want whip cream on my hot drinks. Not... once. They do get me in and out in 10 min, but I only ever get 2 drinks. Plus, every other starbucks I go to with my same orderaskes if I want whipped cream. Note: I'm always first in line because I'm there at 6am on weekends. So my 10 min experience islikely different from the long lines I see at other times. Read more

Let me start by saying the workers are usually great and the food/drinks are great. The time spent waiting is to be expected,... when there is a line to the road, what can you expect, especially with who knows how many mobile orders. Here is my problem, Ipulled up to get my mobile order. Parked in the open spot I saw, went inside and sat to wait. A few minutes later this man camein who looked like he drove the store supply truck and was causing some kind of fuss at the register. I heard him yelling thatsomeone was parked in the handicap spot. I look outside, see there is no sign in front of my car, and continue on waiting. Hedoesnt stop saying "get the manager, someones pulled in the handicap spot." Again, I look, see no sign, see no blue lines, imlike??? He continues on, I look again, see the car next to me is parked over the slanted blue lines and I am in the actualhandicap spot. NO SIGN and the blue lines on DARK new asphalt are very hard to see. Didnt even notice because I always look forthe sign as it is indeed "no sign, no fine". I said oh sir that is my car im so sorry didnt notice, theres not a sign, ill moveright now. He scoffs at me, looking around to other people as to ask them to shame me as well. I moved my car to a new spot, came back in and as he was walking out I walked past him walking out and he said to me,"I should have called the cops and thetow truck" I said, "sir, I dont know where you are from, but the law is no sign no fine here in America, so call them. I said Iwas sorry and moved before you could even get the first load out of your truck so what is your problem?" he responded with somemuddled words and continues to curse under his breath and I no longer felt safe at this location so I left before getting mycoffee. Ridiculously treated by a short old man who clearly had a problem with a young girl. I will be calling and asking tospeak to a manager soon once I think the morning rush for them is over, PUT UP A DANG HANDICAP SIGN. Read more

The actual coffee and food items are on par with your average Starbucks. What I don't get, however, is why it takes 30 to 45... minutes to get through drive-thru purgatory. What are these people ordering that takes that amount of time? Read more

I went and told the cashier my order for me and my sister. I asked for my sister's drink, the cashier said anything else and... then I said mine. He was then like your good to go. I was waiting for a reciept but he said it again so I went to wait. It wasvery busy and I waited around an hour. When my order was ready only my drink came out. He did not record the first drink but Iwaited a long time so I just left. Read more
