Staff was nice at first until THEY messed up and then were rude and upset. Not how customer service works. Sorry that I waited... 15min for a cup of soup, finally got it and it was cold. I asked for a refund because I didn?t want to wait another 5min for itto be WARMED up. Ari, who was at the cashier and her co worker were very rude about it. Best new discovery for me! I love chicken salad and at Chicken Salad Chick there are so many options for your chicken as well as... your sides. My favorite is Fancy Nancy and getting fresh fruit. My partner enjoyed the Turkey Pesto sandwich and the mac andcheese. Definitely will be here again. Prices are reasonable. Read more
A great store with a friendly staff. The food while not the craziest portions overall is great on taste. Orders come out... relatively fast. Prices are somewhat fair for what you get though some days I leave surprised by how much I paid. I took onestar off the review mostly based on its current location. Parking is a nightmare during most parts of the day. I have yet tofind that "magic hour" but it shares a space with another store and nearly every time I have come the parking lot is packed andgetting out during a busy time with the way traffic is in this location is a slight annoyance.
