Pancake mecca! Seriously have never seen so many options, and they graciously let us combine two flavors, too! Portions were... very generous?seriously almost too much food?and everything was delicious. The staff went above and beyond for our very largegroup of 20 and even let us linger a little past closing as we were winding down after paying a check, never pressuring us toclear out. Unfortunately when we arrived the bar seating was full so we were sat at a table. This was not our first preference but we took... what we could get. The wait staff was friendly but immediately commented about both of our appearances. Even though this wasintended as a compliment, I find it extremely off-putting and unprofessional to receive unsolicited comments about my appearancein any way. The beer menu was read to us with wait staff having zero knowledge of any of the beers on tap. We ordered beveragesas we continue to look at the rest of the menu for food. The menus and tables were both sticky with syrup. After evaluating themenu and looking at the other food being served we decided to not get dinner here. Just finish our beers and leave. Hard to believe this was my first time at this well known spot. Cool, nostalgic building with multiple rooms, cool bar, nice... outdoor patio. Service was very good. Wait staff attentive and accommodating. Meal was good. We all had the eggs Benedict withlobster, a treat but not what I'd go for again. Iced decaf espresso was outstanding. Read more
Great service and fantastic food! The food portions were large and there are sooo many pancake options. We tried banana crunch... with Reeses Pieces and the pumpkin pancakes. We ate there several days for breakfast and the servers remembered us and were veryfriendly. Read more
