I am a bit disappointed twice I ordered sandwiches via subway app and two times my sandwich was made incorrectly. The first time... I ordered a 6? veggie patty sub it came with all the veggies no patty and no cheese. So basically I was served a lettuce andtomato sandwich. Three weeks later I tried again once again I ordered a 6? veggie patty sub. The bread was so hard and stalethat I could bang it on my desk. I called the subway @ 613 Boston Post Rd Madison CT. The woman that answered said ?The breadwas not stale it was toasted.? I did not check off toasted and even checked the receipt. The sandwich was hard stale, slimy andnot edible. Do not go here. Ordered 2 sandwiches for lunch. One a BLT and the other a Falalfel. To start they did not have the right bread for the falafel... or the 6 inch bread for the BLT. When we got the sandwiches we grabbed a bag of chips and jumped in the car. Opening oursandwiches we found the Bacon was raw. Usually subway has precooked bacon but this one did not for some reason. The falafels inthe falafel sandwich had the consistency of sawdust and was as dry. To cap off the entire experience the chips we bought wereout dated and stale. While not having the type of bread is not a big deal this particular subway usually is out of ingredients.
