Wont be ordering from this location again. We placed an online order for pick up. It usually takes us about 15 minutes to get to... this store. When we arrived they said our pizza wasn't ready yet and it'll be about 20 minutes. An hour later we got anotification saying it was ready. We should have checked the pizza... When we got home our BUFFALO chicken pizza was just aCHICKEN PIZZA! Called the store to let them know and I've been on hold for over 25 minutes now... Read more
Came here late after the concert Friday night around 12:30 am, Which they closed at 1am so we were kind of iffy about going. But... the Rep at the window had great customer service . Food was fresh and everything was good. But Domino's don't disappoint and ifI ever had a issue they always fixed it no problem! Read more
This is the 3rd time we have tried to use this Dominoes. Each time the clerks behind the counter are just idiots reflecting they... have no idea what customer service means. When I entered the store, rather than saying hello or trying to help, the clerk wasbusy sweeping the floor. After a while he acknowledged my presence and said he would get to me in a minute as he proceededsweeping the floor. Even though I arrived at the appointment Ted time, 45 minutes after placing the order, to be told it hadn?teven been started yet; they found my order and told me at least ten minutes yet. I recently ordered a pick up of two pizzas. I paid for them and when they sent the confirmation I realized I had ordered from... the wrong store. I was at work and could not get to that store in time. I immediately called to cancel the order. I was on holdfor over an hour with no answer. I had been on hold for an hour when I got the notice that my pizza was being put in the oven. Itried everything phone, email, text but it was useless. They took my money, kept my pizzas, and I have called a few times sincethen and again no answer just the annoying message of their deals over and over. If I hadn?t tried to call immediately I?d beokay with losing my money but to not even be able to talk with someone because they didn?t answer the phone is a differentstory. Read more

Dominos has always been my go to for pizza, but the past few times we have ordered have been horrible. Roughly a month ago when... ordering from my local store, 437 Hughes rd, Madison AL, my brother watched his order get left at another apartment door. A fewweeks ago I placed an order and it took 2 hours for my order to be delivered. Tonight I placed my ordered at 4:48PM it took anhour to be "delivered", my ordered was never delivered. I immediately called the location I ordered from and have been on thecall for over an hour and have yet to get through to someone. I then got an email stating that my order was canceled, without aphone call or reason before hand. The offers they send in an attempt to make up for the issues don't change the fact that it'snow 2 hours later. Read more
