None of our order was right. We went through the drive thru and had noone behind us. We were rushed off as if they had 10+ cars... in line. The chicken was cold, not crunchy, the Biscuits were hard. Read more
Very disappointed that there is no type of waiting on orders nor drive thru no line at KFC Lynnway Lynn MA. Still have to wait... 30 minutes for an 8 piece meal. Also staff is extremely rude especially female workers giving attitude to customers in the past. Better customer service and staff needs better training. Read more

Ordered a big box with a free beverage box thingy for pickup. Cashier looked like they were dead inside (I don't blame them) and... their demeanor was kinda rude. The chicken batter was soggy and greasy as hell as well as the fries, the macaroni tastedpowdery, the mashed potato and gravy was bland, and all the soda was flat. All of this after paying almost half a hundred bucks!I'm only giving it 2 stars because the chicken was a bit juicy but other than that I would never order from here ever again.Major disappointment.
