If I could give them zero stars I would. The slowest drive thru in the city. You wait 20 minutes for 5 cars. They NEVER make the... pick up tickets from the app. And to top it off they always have homeless people begging for change at both ends of the drivethrough. I don?t know who?s managing this store, but it?s a joke. I?ve lived down the street from this location for 5 years, Irefuse to even stop anymore. I?d rather drive across the city. Mornings move very efficiently. This review doesn't reflect the morning crew at all. As soon as the morning shift ends the... place is usually run by a bunch of incompliant teens more concerned about their conversations than your order. I think this location is Fairly new for the fact that its pretty clean. I was 5 minutes away when I mobile order thru the app. ... Gave them a few minutes before I went into the location. When I went in my receipt was on the "to go order tray" but my drinkswere not ready. I told them about it and they said "there skews for there mobile machine is not working".
