One of the only locations in Lynn that actually understand that when someone asks for four pumps of Mocha.....that you actually... GET four pumps of Mocha. I'm stating the obvious but when pumping swirls, push the pump all the way down....let the pump COMEALL THE WAY UP.....then push it all the way down....let the pump come back up. Most of the other locations throughout the citypump the swirls so fast without letting the pump come up....your lucky to end up with a total of one puump after asking for theregular four in a large so USUALLY I'll ask for SIX pumps knowing that I'll be lucky if I get the regular amount. I went in here today after ordering via the app at a different Dunkin donut location. While attempting to cancel my order on the... phone with the place that I mistakenly ordered my coffee, the employees (all 5 or 6 of them) were yelling and screaming to oneanother jumping up and down with excitement. (the only reason I am giving this 2 stars and not 1 is because they were laughingand I am if nothing else, appreciative the energy was positive). After I voicing my apologies to the woman on my phone who couldnot hear me, of it being super loud (where I was), I was then told out of nowhere that ?if (I) didn?t like it that I could getout and not come back!) Um, what??!! I mean, this was said indirectly to me and actually to the other employees about me butloud enough so I could hear crystal clear and when I looked up, the woman had a very disgusted (almost mean) look on her facestaring right at me (this person was not working the register.) I am no Karen lol, but I?ve worked in Customer Service my wholelife and while I don?t believe I am owed any special treatment as a paying customer I do believe at the very least I should betreated without disrespect first thing in the day. The comment wouldn?t have been taken so cruely either had it not been for thelook I was given. Super unprofessional and classless. I just don?t see how people who do not hold an understanding for basichuman decency would choose a job where they work with people. My advice would be to lighten up a little bit and understand thatmost people coming in for a coffee are doing so to start their day and no one wants to start their day being treated rudely byan absolute stranger for absolutely no reason.
