Until today I was happy with Pizzas from this place but today I had bad experience , found something that shouldn?t be on Pizza... , can?t tell what it is but definitely not the topping. Ordered threw the app waited 30 minutes the guy went to wrong address. The lady at the store said she?d have a new driver... deliver my order. 20 minutes pass still nothing get a notification they had cancelled my order. I call the store to see why theysaid due to wrong address when i gave them the correct address to re deliver they never attempted, so i placed a new order overthe phone? Waited an hour i call to see where my order is and the guy says he doesn?t have an order for me when i had placed theorder over the phone !! I waited 2 hours for food i never received !! Dominoes is overrated, overpriced, and the most unnecessary fast food restaurant in history. The pizza is passable, if you are... truly desperate. Usually room temperature and dried out by the time you gt it home. But be prepared to shell out about 30 bucksfor a two topping medium if you , God forbid , want it delivered. They are the gouging you every way they can. At this locationin Lowell - If you are craving pizza late, my advice is to walk next door to 7-Eleven and have the clerk cook you one. I ordered online 45 minutes ago and still they haven't prepared my order. When my phone showed my that the order is ready, I... went to the store. When I entered the store, they asked me to pay and then they kept me waited for 30 minutes. It wasridiculous. 10 people were there waiting. They didn't feel sorry at all and didn't even apologize. I wanted to leave the storebut because they had made me to pay at first (without telling me that my order will take 30 more minutes to get ready) Icouldn't. This is the worst domino's ever. Read more
