Got to the address they have listed and flavor grill is not there instead there is a restaurant called grumpy g so we get in... waitress was very attentive and offered great service as well as an explanation that flavor grill is now grumpy gs menu wasonline via a scanning app prices on menu did not reflect the bill we received it was double the menu price with no indicationthat prices on menu differ from actual prices for example we ordered 9 pastilles menu price was $1.50 price on receipt refecteda price of $6.00 each food was amazing I just wish I knew what the prices of each item was before ordering and eating becauseprices on menu are totally wrong... First visit they didn?t have soda they had no inventory, they didn?t have certain things on their menu. The food they did have... was very good no doubt about that. Second time I call in an order for pick up drive there mind you 45 minutes the lady at thecounter says sorry we can?t make your food new cook not here yet. If this place could get their act together they would do greatbecause the food is amazing but their service and management sucks. Lowell has terrible Spanish good so this place would shine.I will never be back. Thumbs down ???? Read more

The food is amazing! !! Staff is friendly and efficient. The food prices are good. I been there a couple times with family and... friends and everyone loves it. The place is small and sometimes is packed, but the environment is always nice. The wait issometimes long to get your food but still... I highly recommend this place! Read more
