Don't order chicken sandwiches from them unless you want food poisoning. Took a bite on the side of one tonight and figured it... was maybe gristle. Then took another on the other side and realized it was about 2 to 3 minutes undercooked and threw it away.Waste of 5 bucks. Read more
The evening shift employees were excellent. Even with the slight rush, they had everyone taken care of and on our way. Great... Job!!???? Dont care about customer service and nor anyone but themselves..I have left 10 messages for the main manager to call me and... still nothing in over a week...I never had a issue in this resturaunt and thought the people were great till this happened...Iwill not go into the issue as it should never have been a issue..I have tried around 10 times to contact velvet about it and shewont return a call at all and you cant talk to the people from the main office..
