I had to get a water pitcher off the front hostess station after sitting at our table for at least 20 minutes with no water... being brought to us. When someone came to take our order, she put both our drink and food orders in together. After sitting fora long time with no bar drinks in sight, we had to ask another server about our missing drinks and got them after our food wasserved. Our food was cold when it finally got to us. We even got the check before our server brought us dessert 30 minutes afterwe gad ordered it. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaraunt. We were there for two hours and left feelingfrustrated. The servers did apologize saying they were short staffed but there were only 3 other tables with people in therestaurant. It was disappointing, because we were forgotten about multiple times throughout the night while it seemed othertables had more consistent service. It did sound like there were a couple of holiday parties going on in other parts of thehotel so maybe that was where some of the hold up was. Read more
We were at the Yellowstone themed dinner. We were expecting someone to talk about the whiskey drinks served with each couse &how... they were linked to the food. We also thought there would be some talk of how whiskey is linked to the Yellowstone show. Verydisappointing. A lot of money for a regular dinner. Read more
Late lunch.. not in a hurry.. the waitress wiped her face then touched our plates. Then she was wiping sweat off her face and... rolling silver Ware. Then sneezed into a napkin used the same one to carry bowls from the buffet to the kitchen. Food was good. I had to get my own water.. so far we are not sick Read more

Tried the salad/soup bar for lunch. Got there at 1:00 pm. Several items were out. The soup was in a shallow warmer with about... 1/4" of soup in it and it wasn't good. The two female staff members were not dressed professionally. The gold trim on the barwas smudged with dozens of finger and hand prints. Don't know how long it hadn't been cleaned. The whole place lacked anattention to detail that I would expect from a "nice" restaurant and hotel. Restrooms doors needed to be sanded and varnished. Aurinal was dripping.
