Used to be spot on. Spent over $90 on our order and my pizza was gross. Bottom on pizza was doughy and soggy, mush. Pick up a... piece and everything, everything slides off. I called them because this has happened a lot. I was told it is because of thepineapple. It makes it soggy and I should have ordered it extra well done. This is from the manager. He stated it works forother customers. I said if they know this is a issue, why don?t they do this style pizza this way (extra well done)? He told mecorporate will not allow them to do ?extra well done? unless asked. I said ?but they allow you to send ?extra soggy and notdone? pizza? It?s the new ingredients they are forced to use I was told. That?s why it used to taste great, now it?s garbage.
