Yesterday I witnessed a barista with the name Cloud argue with a customer about putting more milk into a drink and was extremely... rude to that customer. The store was not busy and the employee seemed bothered more than anything. I understand people makemistakes or have additions to the order but simply putting extra milk is not a hassle that anyone should be rude or demeaningfor. That is extremely disappointing because I enjoy this location but seeing actions and behavior like this is unacceptable andI will never be back. Read more
"Cloud" at this location is one of the RUDEST baristas I?ve ever met- I?d never recommend getting a drink made by her. I asked... for some more oat milk because it was too strong, after I already ordered the drink with oat milk. She stated she put enough inthere and I?ll have to order another drink if I want just a small splash of oat milk. Extremely embarrassing, mean, selfimportant person. I always have a great experience at this location, Baristas always happy, and smiling! It makes one feel welcomed. Very cozy... atmosphere, I will continue my business and studying with this amazing environment. Read more
This location is perfect if you?re a student. Parking is not ideal. The store was super busy with lots of people meeting and... studying which is a great sign for the store. The employees were all working hard. Unfortunately they had minimal mugs topurchase. Read more
