The parking/crowd situation is unacceptable. It took me over 10 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. When I asked the... manager for assistance, he responded that he would not help because he ?[had] to get the food out.? He explicitly refused tohelp me, which was pretty remarkable on his part. Given that the business showed no concern fo me, I will not return to thisrestaurant, which is unfortunate because it was one that I frequented. Hopefully other customers are more important than me.
