Went after work with my family. We have always had excellent service except yesterday. They seated us and took our order, they... forgot to bring my wife her drink, when we asked for it again they said they would bring it to her and never did. They broughtus our order and forgot half of it and when asked for the rest of it they said they would be right back as well as bringcondiments we requested. We waited for almost an hour until we got fed up and never received the requested items. They saw usand would make gestures for them to come and they would completely ignore us. My wife went to go pay and told the manager whathad happened and all she said was sorry and didn't even bother trying to make it right. I am truly disappointed with theirservice. Read more

Going late at night you would think the service would be better. The server was rude and had no smile. When the food came she... pushed it across the table as if it was a bar. She didn't come around as much as she should have. She did come around howeverwhen a server that was taking care of another table overheard us talk about the service and how rude she was. When the serveroverheard we would be tipping high our server came back around with a smile on her face. Ugh people learn to appreciate that uhave a job. I have been a server before and no matter what I always had a smile on my face and gave the best service possible. Read more
