. Management fully to blame for tonight. Only one server and one cook on. Saw multiple people come and sit down only to walk out... because the ONE poor server simply could not keep up. Not to mention it?s homecoming night. While I did feel frustrated for thecook, he could not keep his composure. Our food was hardly edible, having moldy ham on my husbands sandwich and my Benedictlooking completely sloppy and unappetizing. But again, can?t fully blame the cook for not being able to keep up. Visited this establishment August 4 2022 at 11:30. Service is decent but slow. We had a small situation with our food and kindly... requested to our nice waitress if we could have something cooked a little more than it was. She kindly said of course. A fewminutes later the manager approaches us to ask how everything was. We let him know ok and what we had changed in our order. Hisresponse was "let me explain something to you" in a passive aggressive manner. He then explained to us about how to properlyorder our meals next time and the correct lingo to use.That the way we ordered was incorrect. I honestly didn't think it was abig deal, what made it a big deal was the managers tone and approach, almost upset interrupting us when we would try to respondand talk, he ended with I'm just letting you know for next time. To which one of my family members already upset responded with"there won't be a next time" It was not a busy morning it was not packed we were not rude. There was at least 5 different wayshe could have approached, or he didn't even have to approach us at all. Especially when it wasn't even a big deal and was beingtaken care of. I would not recommend dining here. If you ever encounter a situation where you need a manager involved I don'tbelieve he will be able to offer any type of resolution due to his lack of professionalism. We stopped in for a quick bite today. It wasn't too busy. I am always leary of this location. Sometimes it is ok and other times... it is very very bad. One time I ordered eggs over medium. They came out almost raw! When I cut into them clear egg whites cameout. Today the food was good, but the waiter was all over the place. Brought us our food. Then a couple of minutes later broughtout cold almost frozen tortillas. Then we had to ask for salsa three times even though I had ordered it with my meal. I also hadto ask for a refill on my coffee.
