The owner is a cheap bag of trash! And they have ridiculous rules like they can?t take orders over the phone or take a cake... order unless you?re in store. Don?t expect anything other than small town townie treatment. This is also not the fault ofmanagers or employees this is STRICTLY the cheap owner. Read more
Customer service is always respectful and courtesy is welcoming! Store is well kept and clean, ice cream is delicious!... Definitely recommend anyone give coldstone a try, there ice-cream is pretty good! Also they have a rewards program! Read more
Was happy to find out that Cold Stone has a dairy free option. Silk chocolate ice cream. Although if you have a severe milk... allergy Cold Stone is probably not the place for you. They scooped wife's ice cream then used same scooper to get dairy free.Also you could see regular ice cream bits in the dairy free option. Just a warning. But silk chocolate with banana and almond isvery good. Service was not that great either. Lady doing the scooping would ask what I wanted then start talking to othercoworker. Did it several times. 3 Stars for cross contamination and not so great service. But Ice Cream is great. Read more
This is one of my favorite places to get ice cream here in town. My favorite one to order is their signature Banana Caramel... Crunch. The staff are always fast and nice and make it exactly how I want. I like to get this with the cheesecake or sweet creamice cream instead of the french vanilla. I also substitute the almond slivers for coconut. Would recommend!! Read more
