This was our second time eating lunch here and just like they were the first time we went, they were super busy ( it's lunch... time). We did need to get our food to go after all but it is expected in a busy place. Not too sure where some of you get offsaying that the staff or servers are rude of incapable. The staff do their best to make everyone happy. Of course it does nothelp that CUSTOMERS are rude and unappreciative. Both times that we have been there, the servers are wonderful, yes busy butstill do their best to be attentive. The food is AMAZING, hats off to all the staff!! I would much rather wait and have my foodfresh than to know that my food is old. So do I mind waiting, NO, It is MY choice to do so. Did I receive my food in time todine in, no because I did have to get back to the clinic but I gladly got it to go and will enjoy it just as much later. Come onpeople, please remember that there are many other customers to serve and not just YOU! Try to be considerate. I give 3 stars for customer service at front counter and on phone? it?s the face of the business and is HUGE for me ?they do... lack in this department for sure?.The food however, gets a 5 star! Cooks always throwing out bangers from the kitchen! Theyoccasionally turn and smile at me from the window LOL! Silence speaks a thousand words, But not when it comes to my food.
