We got down to order because the drive through was out of control, anyway I really wish I never went inside. The store smells... terrible like gas and just old and dirty. Then while trying to order at the front counter my husband got yelled at because theonly other person there was waiting in the back and they yelled at him that the other customer was first, rude anyway theyliterally made my guy and the first guy wait 10 minutes to order then we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out, meanwhilethe person who ordered after us got their food first. They also had 5 ppl after us that they hadn't even helped yet the wholetime we were waiting for our food. Terrible customer service rude and take forever. Should've gone through the drive through.Anyone who eats there please never get down the smell alone will make you sick. DISGUSTING !!!!! ???? I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window. I ordered 2 meals the first one should have been a child?s... plate with chicken nuggets mashed potatoes and a roll instead it was one scoop of mashed potatoes on a dirty plate, no chickenno roll. The second plate should have been pot roast with vegetables mashed potatoes and a roll instead I was given a platewith pot roast brown gravy all over it turned upside down with tiny bugs flying out. Grandy?s employees have a terrible dirtywork ethic they should be ashamed of themselves and inspected! ????Better yet Shut down! If I could rate lower I would. They were out of fried chicken and just about everything else. We got there at 630! Had the... chicken fried steak and it was terrible.was so disappointed was really looking forward to having Grandy?s again since I was fromout of town and haven?t had it in years. Read more
