The food was cold when we received it my sister had to send her food back to get put in the microwave. The soda's where all flat... I'm giving it 2 stars because the gorditas where ok but my beans and rice where cold It seems like no one there cares about howthere food is presented. I had high expectations for this restaurant and in the past it was great. What happened? Read more

I ordered a large menudo to go, I was told car side wasn?t available because they are short staffed and I needed to go inside. I... had my 3 year old with me so car side was part of the reason I chose Los Compas but I said ok and went inside. The lime I wasgiven with the menudo was dry, all pulp and no juice. The menudo was very dirty and had a film on top. The meat was not trimmedand I could not chew the majority of it. The chile flavor was hardly there, I wound up throwing almost all of it away. I DO NOTrecommend their menudo, it?s filthy. Read more

Everything needed salt. The rice literally tasted like white rice and was very dry. The beans had a lot of what tasted like... lard. My first time here and I was really dissatisfied. Didn?t even finish my food. Agua frescas were watered down and tastedlike tap water. The staff was friendly but the food was a huge let down. The chips and queso was okay however there was too muchChile making it really spicy and the chips were hard. We also got the carne asada tacos and the tortillas tasted like theyweren?t fried and were straight out of the package. It was garnished with a huge handful of lettuce and tomatoes which didn?tpair with the tacos. Won?t be coming back. It also took a while for us to get our check. We had to get up ourselves to get ourcheck after about 15 minutes waiting for it. Read more

If you want good quality authentic Mexican food, this is NOT the place to go. I was very disappointed in our meal here the other... day. The wait staff was nice, although we only saw our waitress like twice. Other waitresses kept coming by to check on us andrefill our drinks. You have to order and pay for chips and salsa, so we ordered some. For our meal we got a combination plateand tostadas compuestas. The bean tostada and the red tostada were pretty good, but I didn't really care for the green one. Thecombination plate was very disappointing. The red sauce on the enchilada was good, but the green sauce and the relleno washorrible!! The chile relleno was way too eggy and soggy, and the green sauce just tastes like cream of mushroom soup. Theguacamole sauce on the flauta wasn't very good either. I don't think we will be coming back here. Then after we were done eatingwe had to just get up and stand at the register to get our check after we had asked for it and they never brought it. As you cansee in the picture, they weren't that busy, so no idea where our waitress was. Read more

Loved the service by Eddie. He had a huge grad party that he was taking care of along with our table of 10, and he was... Flawless. The only thing I could fault is my fajitas. I'm not sure they could qualify. Small strips of beef and onion, butthat's about it. I think it might better be qualified as a Carne asada plate. Other than that, everyone else enjoyed theirselections. I'd definitely go back, but try a combo plate next time. Read more
