Excellent food. We stopped for Breakfast passing through. The Sausage gravy was the best I've had at a restaurant. Cinnamon... roll was huge with candied pecans awesome. Very nice outside seating next to a stream. Read more
6/25 Update--the restaurant has updated their Niçoise salad and it's now absolutely fantastic! -- This place is really good and... unique. It is so good that I'm completely psyched up to eat there. Last time my Mom's potatoes and spinach were excellent. Thistime the steak sandwich was excellent! Definitely recommend to people who love food! Read more

This review is long overdue! I am truly blown away by the people who work at this restaurant; they went above and beyond for my... husband and I. I did a travel nursing assignment in Lander, Wyoming and we visited this restaurant frequently throughout thesix-week period. The food was always great! We loved everything we ordered, hence why we kept returning. We were especially fondof their Hungarian mushroom soup, which they made one week. We went back three days in a row to get this soup, but on day threethey ran out! In the following days, we probably called about 15 times to ask if they were serving this soup, or if they weregoing to make it again in the near future. We called so much that everyone knew us by name. The last time we called, we toldthem that we were leaving soon and they actually offered to make some more just for us! We were so happy! These kind people didnot just make us one bowl either, they made us an entire GALLON to take home and they also gave us the recipe with a kind noteattached! Server was sweet. Eggs were decent. It was fast. Unfortunately, the reason it was fast is because it seemed everything was... pre-cooked except the eggs. Our toast, potatoes, and bacon were all cold. I told our server and she told us she'd let thekitchen know, but didn't offer to have them cook new or even take them and warm them up. In her defense, she was veryattentive, but seemed young and likely just didn't know how to help us. She needed more guidance on situations like that. Withthe other options in Lander, it is unlikely we will return. Read more
