The actual worst service I've ever had. My server didn't even ask what sides I wanted or how I wanted My steak cooked. I had to... make a point to say something. There were only 3 tables say it wasn't busy. We never got drink refills. Weren't even asked. Ihad to get silverware from another table bc she dropped our COLD food off and never came back. My sons grilled cheese was coldas well as his hashbrowns. My veggies were literally ice and so was my mashed potatoes. I will never ever return. It used to besuch good service. It's gone so far down hill. Also all the staff just standing around gossiping loudly in front of customers.Absolutely disgraceful. Read more
The wait here is so long ( over 1 hour to get seated in a not even a full restaurant for 2 people ) all the servers standing... around talking, manager not taking any responsibility in her staff. Also another costumer complained to them and they repliedwithout concern another customer out the door. They talk bad about the customers when others can listen… Read more
Most xcelent! Absolutely the best cream pie and sticky sweet sauce I've ever had... believe me I didn't waste any time at all,... just pulled up close and dove in. And uh, yeah it was deliciously fantastic! Can't wait to go back and I'll surely love it if Ican get the same waitress again she was wonderfully great!!! This place has seriously gone down hill. It's been doing that for the last few years but it's reached a point where I won't be... going back. When we showed up, I waited a long time for someone to seat us as we watched two waitresses and a manager handletwo other things without even acknowledging us or saying it'll be just a minute. When we finally did get seated it took another20+ minutes for someone to come over and take our order. I know about the timing because I had a phone call come in and when Ichecked how long is been in the phone, it was 19 minutes. We both had the Prime Rib Dip. I need to preface this next part withthe fact that I am sensitive to the taste of salt. I need it because of my POTS but I sensitive to the taste. So when I saynothing on my plate had any salt in it, a normal person would have probably sent it back. My fiance almost did. Even the Au Jouwas bland. I covered my sandwich in salt and then put the bun back on and it still wasn't enough to give you the feeling ofeating a Prime Rib Dip. We then waited for an excessive amount of time for the waitress to bring us our bill. She looked overat our table and saw we had placed our plates on the edge and weren't eating anymore, twice. Finally we decided to get up andjust stand at the register to check out. Over all the visit was about an hour and a half. Which is something I don't expectfrom places that make their food fresh. So the fact a restaurant that wasn't even half full, took so long with premade and/orfrozen food is extremely disappointing. Read more
