It's wonderful. We live on the same reservoir and have experienced Lakeside through multiple owners. We have the best now. From... food and drink to plenty of entertainment, it's a great place for families and singles with plenty to see and do. The crew thatmanages the marina and rentals are amazing and helpful. This review is an honest review of service and food quality, I am in no way shape wanting a refund or anything from this. We... went over the winter and had a terrible experience it was busy and winter/off season so we went back today to give it a secondshot. It was TERRIBLE, the service was absolutely horrendous, it was slow and it still took us 10 minutes to even get greated,then it took another 10 to get our drinks (water) and to place our order. We ordered two pizzas, one being a plain cheese andpepperoni and then the other being their ?avalanche? a white sauce based, chicken pizza with mozzarella and feta cheese and awhit sauce base. We got our pizzas after 35 minutes of waiting...... then our drinks were empty and we had to go tk the bar topto ask for them to refill the pitcher, they did with a piss poor attitude then turned around. First bite was absolutelyterrible, flipped it over to find out the crust was a premade/frozen crust.... it literally was awful. Not only that but theflavor was some ?chef? who threw some ingredients that sound good together and said ?wala?..... tried the pepperoni and it waseven worse, the sauce tasted like ragu out of a can. I will never be back, the waitresses were more concerned about gettingdrinks mixed more than anything.. We really enjoyed our visit to Lakeside Lodge. The setting is so beautiful and right on the lake, and the restaurant was perfect... for what we were looking for. They had a fun band and bar atmosphere perfect for an after dinner drink. Didn't experience thekid activities but looked like they had some fun bouncy houses & such available. Read more

The restaurant is awesome! All of our meals were delicious. We especially loved their homemade nachos.
