Very Nice Upscaled Restaurant! Delicious Food and Awesome Service!
I stayed at the lodge for a few days of fishing. I was blown away by the top notch service and amenities. The food was... spectacular with enormous portions. And the staff is all incredibly kind and helpful. The sheets and towels were remarkablysoft which is a big thing for me. They even have wood burning fireplaces in the rooms, and the staff preps the fire for you whenthey clean the room during the day. I wound down each night with a book next to a crackling fire, one of my favorite things inthe world. So while this place isn?t cheap, it is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. 5 out of 5 starts for me, and I can?t waitto come back. Read more

The setting of this place is stunning! Unfortunately, the food didn't rise to the occassion. The menu is well conceived but the... execution and seasoning is average which is particularly disappointing given entrees are $60 -$70 each. That said, the servicewas wonderful and it was opening day so it's worth giving some leeway there. We'll probably give it another shot in the futurewhen they're further into the season. Read more
