Haven?t been to an IHOP since before pandemic. This visit was a pleasure. Food was delicious & server Ms Carol was attentive &... top notch. Amazing customer service was certainly above par. I don't think I have been to another restaurant in the last year or so with... such GENUINELY kind staff. They all seem to be young, but they make you feel like family, while maintaining theirprofessionalism and speed. The prices were decent at regular IHOP level but my pancakes reminded me why I loved this place inthe beginning. We had an awesome time being feted by the Manager Simone ! Our entire meal was complimentary. I?m just so pleasantly surprised... by the level of her kindness & hospitality. This is rare, even for this particular restaurant, that has always had a kind andaccommodating atmosphere. We had to rush out last Sunday before being served and she insisted that my baby girl and I returnfor a complimentary meal. I?ve been taking my baby here from she was 1 year old and I?ve never had a bad experience. She?scelebrated Birthdays here. I?ve celebrated my Birthday here.
