Please do not go to this location!. They refuse service to me and my girlfriend because they said they were too busy with online... orders. Mind you we came all the way across town for some crystals and was refused service. This is completely unacceptable andshould be brought to the attention of the corporate office. When I called the next day to speak to the manager he thought I wasa different customer and immediately got an attitude with me and said your food is ready sir just come pick it up god! I havebeen coming to this location since I was a kid but now they have lost a loyal customer and I will do everything possible tospread the word do not shop there! Read more

Went to the drive thru at 9:30 pm and over heard a lady having a whole conversation through the speaker with her coworkers. Mind... you I was sitting for about 30 min saying hello hello hello and not one employee said anything. Many customers left. I thoughtthey closed at midnight so idk why they were not taking people orders. Read more
Two nights in a row this Krystal?s cancelled our Uber Eats orders over an hour after they were placed! They refuse to answer the... phone, refuse to communicate with the delivery service people, and still take orders. It?s not fair to either the customers ORDoorDash and Uber Eats drivers to treat us like our time doesn?t matter. This is a completely unacceptable way to conductbusiness.
