Worst customer experience I've ever received from Ali. My order was wrong, which is no big deal as mistakes happen. It's how... you handle them that shows your true character. 4 items on my pick up order where wrong. Ali argued with me and told me theywere right. I was going through emails on 02-06-22 when I came across a reminder that my birthday gift was about to expire. I ordered my... free burrito online. Unfortunately, I received a call with bad news about a loved one shortly after placing my order. Once thecall ended, I realized I was late picking up my order. I called the restaurant to apologize for being late & assured them I wason my way. Once in the restaurant, the young lady offered to reheat my food or make another one because it had been sitting awhile. I declined & told her it way fault. I thanked her. No tofu available when it?s on the menu. No toilet paper or paper towels in the womens bathroom and the changing table was... broken. Needless to say as a vegetarian (with a 6 year old and a baby) who mainly goes to Moes because of the tofu and needs tobe able to use the restroom with my kids and change my baby, the visit left a lot to be desired. Every worker except one seemedlike it was their first day and they had no idea what was going on. If it wasn?t for the one worker (manager maybe? ) my orderwouldn?t have even been rang up properly.
