Ordered online 12? steak and cheese at 5:55 pm with artisan flatbread at the schedule time for pickup 6:15 arrived at pickup... time and no sandwich. They said that they were out of artisan flatbread. Why didn?t they call and tell me that before I arrived.I see on receipt it has our phone number. Walked in at 8:55 door was unlocked worker walked out told us they dont open until 9. Which was fine waited 5 minutes ordered... our sandwiches, I wanted a subway club was told there was no roast beef which there was because I seen it in the cold case. Wewanted another sandwich cold cut meat was in the back so we had to wait. Vegetables were frozen and lettuce was brown. Didnthave olive's banana peppers or jalapenos.
