Last time my family went to this location I used the app to oder my food curb side. Our food took a very long time to get to us... and we watched many people come and go through the drive through getting their food a lot faster. We thought since we had towait so long that the food would at least be fresh. This was not the case I think they forgot about us and our food was justsitting and waiting. freaking terrible service. Too much attitude with bad work ethic. Waited over an hour for our food, ordered from the app to... bring to a specific table (124 to be exact). After hitting almost 40 minutes, we went to check on the order, just to come findout? our order and frappes we sitting at the front w flies for who knows how long. They RE MADE our order which took anotherchunk of time and had us wait for it because ?They dont bring food to tables? regardless of us watching people get their foodbrought to their table when you order in the store on the self ordering stations they have.
