Ordered our food in the drive through, and was given one drink at the window. The girl at the window told us to pull forward and... didn?t even look at us and shut the window. We sat for 25 minutes in spot one while 13 other cars were given their food and leftbefore we had received ours. This is not my normal McDonald's location. I'm from out of town and thought that I would stop for a bite to eat and redeem my... birthday cinnamon roll reward. When I went into the store and showed my QR code to place my order, I was told it would be $2.75I said no it's free because it's for my birthday reward. He said no it's for points only. I said no so, then the manager cameover backed me out of the QR code that was on my screen and had him type in another code to place my order however, my Big Macmeal wasn't on there so when I ordered it it wasn't added to my reward points so there went 1000 points down the drain and ontop of that my French fries were cold.
