We were weary and they gave us free cookies because it was the end of the day. He said, "Free cookies always make you smile."
Today is Friday the 11th 12:26 I asked for the guy behind the counter name he didn't give it. He just ignored me I asked Abour... cookies because I wanted them he ignored me tell I raised my voice a little louder right away he does this annoyance sigh. Iwasn't wanting him to get up right then I was just letting him know he ignored me for the remaining time I was there just beinga immature child. One use ur words example acknowledge me, then ask what it is I need then informme I will get those for u afterI finishing writing out this. Or inform me that u are taking care of vendor and will be with as soon As u can. Man less then 30seconds of words. No matter what job it is there is a level of customer service skills a person to work.I feel that more andmore people think it is ok to treat be like this. I used this shell station quite often and I've always had a great experience until today. Yes there's been some snow out it's... mostly slush today, Shell station runs the gas at Marina which is across the street. Call them, And usually within 15 minutesthey will be there to fill your boat up. Today I went in and asked cashier Hey can I get some fuel at the Marina?, He repliedoh the gas dock are way too slippery. I said OK how about tomorrow afternoon it's gonna be raining all day-and-night and I wouldalso be happy to shovel a pathway down there. He replied well we really don't have anybody to pump that right now.. I saidwhich one is it you don't have anybody or the dock are slippery? Sounds like this guy was just too lazy. So now I'm kind ofstuck without fuel and forced to run to Walmart and buy a couple 5 gallon tanks and drag down. Read more
