Pizza is always great and convenient, but if you try to call and order anytime after 7:15PM (closes at 8) they won?t answer the... phone to take your order. This is the fifth time it?s happened to us, each time we drive and order in person and the place isslow. Before we called tonight, we joked that we bet they won?t answer, and we were right. Drove down and there was no one inthe shop and all the teenagers that work there just sitting around looking at their cell phones-obviously disappointed we walkedin at 7:30PM. The phone rang while we were in there, and guess what? It went unanswered even as one worker sat doingnothing. Our pizza was yummy as usual. Read more
I love Papa Murphys thin crust Veggie Supreme pizzas. The 2 girls working at this particular store were pretty *blah~zzA* They... showed *No Customer Service Skills* At All. One literally took my order then sat on a stool and looked at her the phone thewhole time my pizza was being made by the other girl. When I asked to buy some topping for the pizza both looked miffed one,because she had to go open a new box from the back, and the other had to look up from her phone to check me out again. Very good quality ingredients, great pizza and nice staff. But they need to work on consistency. Lately the "thin crust" has... been paper thin with lots of holes. The regular has been what I would consider thing crust. Cheese and sauce has been veryinconsistent as well. Read more
