Dirty windows and very sticky floors. It seemed like the cashier was trying to be helpful but she said they could not accept our... coupons because she had no way to scan them. The burgers and fries were nothing special. My wife got the flame thrower burger. It was a little spicy, but not in a good way. About 10 years ago I worked near the DQ in Centerville and I remember the foodbeing much better at that location. I specifically liked a burger they used to have with a dark brown bbq sauce and the chickenstrips that came with white gravy. It looks like those items are no longer available. On a positive note, the cherry shake I gotat the Holladay location was good. It was the only item we tried that I would consider getting again in the future. Read more

The level of grime and neglect here is truly shocking. Old food, muck and dirt coating literally every surface, including food... prep surfaces and ice cream nozzles. Windows smeared and covered in fingerprints and grime. Credit card machine black with dirt.I walked out of there with my food and threw it directly in the trash. Not interested in food poisoning, no thank you! What?sworse, some of the cleaning needed would be easy. Literally quick wipe downs of surfaces would be an improvement but it?s clearthey don?t even do the bare minimum. Gross gross gross. Also, the girl helping me (who was nice, I'll admit) had her longsweatshirt sleeves half over her hands as she reached into my takeout bag and handled my food. So unsanitary! It's very clearmanagement does not care about this place, and neither do the employees. Read more

Super super yummy banana split! The man taking our order and giving us our ice cream was super sweet! Reading these comments is... kinda sad, try to remember that most places are having issues with being understaffed! Read more

The filthiest Dairy Queen I've ever seen. So disappointing that the owner would let it get so bad. The two people working on a... busy day were obviously overwhelmed and not trained to keep it clean. Sticky floors with layers of grime. Food and toppingssplashed all over the counters. Employees handling money and then food without washing hands. This store needs a deep cleanbefore I'll ever go back. Read more

This place is disgustingly dirty and nasty. Corporate should shut this licensee down. This store is not recoverable. Food was... everywhere and spilling into other things. Everywhere I looked it was dirty, even the windows hadn't been cleaned in months, covered with food greasy hands and fingers, it was the first thing I noticed. Behind the counter were three people sitting inlittle chairs. No uniforms, no name tags, so I don't know if they worked there or not. The freezer is unplugged and there areno cakes, dilly bars, or any of those treats. I will never go back and will drive to the other side of town. Back in the day Iworked at a DQ/Brazier. This is way beyond terrible. Go up the street to Nielsen's for their frozen custard instead. It'smuch better and half the price, and always clean. Read more
