We celebrated two birthdays. Waitress took drink orders they came immediately. Waitress ask if we wanted bread. Told her yes.... I thought good this is going to be great. In the past when I have order baked potato it has been old. I ask if they werefresh. I was told yes. Received my order baked potato was old and cold would not melt butter. Had to ask for butter forpotatoes. She never ask if it was ok. We received all our order and still no bread. Had to ask for it. Ordered Ribeye and hadto pay $4.95 for salad. Will not go back. I personally found the cattle baron to be excellent in all aspects from decor right down to the fresh salad bar. The dinner was... served piping HOT! by a young lass named Crystal who was superb and gave us service with a wonderful smile. Cattle Baron wasclean and food was fantastic on my visit. And also not too noisy which was refreshing considering the place was full. Thank youfor a great dining experience. Read more

We eat here once or twice a week. The salad bar is really good and they make their own croutons and bacon bits. Salad bar is a... big hit! I will say the green chile wonton's are delicious, but the sauteed mushrooms are nothing more than mushrooms sauteed inbutter with no seasoning. If you add your own bits of salt and pepper you can make it decent. Their steaks are almost nevercooked right, but that is also because they do not have the same Cooks. Retention in town for servers and in the serviceindustry is poor. However, that being said, as it is a steakhouse I would not recommend ordering steak unless you like it moreon the rare side. Your steak will either be overdone or underdone, we have yet to have one done right (you think they'dimplement meat thermometers). The Rio Pollo is pretty good when done right, but sometimes it's really dry. The rice that isserved with it is not good whatsoever. It actually has no taste and is more of a filler. Think like a white rice with someveggies thrown in. This would be my go-to dish if the rice was different. The shrimp here is really good, even being so farfrom the coast, though. Don't be afraid to try it! Highly recommended for lunch with the salad bar, but definitely not up topar on the steakhouse portion. Read more

Staff has always been prompt, friendly, and on point. If there's a weak point, I've seen the staff be a bit persnickity. Food... has been decent. The burgers are cooked more thoroughly than I would consider them. I usually go medium well or well, but hereI've gone medium. The beer is great, good well rounded selection and frothy on tap. The fried ice cream was a 2~4/10 I don'tlike corn flakes in desert or I'd say a 3~4. The salad bar is great, though quality hasn't always been on point. But nothingbeing particular can't solve. The bread is great, though I'd prefer a more whipped butter for how soft the bread is. Seemslike they aren't melting it enough. Steak was great, I've had a rib eye went medium rare and was on point. Pricing is fair.Parking is good. Read more
