Approx 30mins in drive thru bc parking there is icky (plus toddler in car), waited, to find they had no frappe mix. No sign to... warn. Stuck in drive thru bc no way out. I don't have a back up front so blah. I told girls at window a sign is a respectfulthing to warn bc I just lost my time..they gave excuses and basically told me I was wrong to tell them that. Rude. Wrong size drinks?Venti and grande sound nothing alike. Asked to pay for the car behind me and he just kept saying ok ok. Never... gave me a receipt and asked my friend if they had to pay behind me and they did. Albertsons Starbucks is way better! Read more

When I pointed out the mold spots on food in the front display counter, I was ignored. I brought it up a second time to another... employee and was told that they had already called a manager. According to staff, only the manager can open the case. The factthat moldy food would be left out on full display for everybody to see disgusted me. When I again questioned their not removingthe molded food items, I was told ?well, nobody gets food out of the case.? I tried to explain that, upon seeing moldy food inthe case, nobody would be ordering food at all. The lack of concern for the appearance to the public I was appalling.
