I have been coming to this Holiday off and for a while now especially because normally I would get a coffee with carmel creamer... accompanied by Hazelnut flavored coffee. Consistantly I have not got that, not because it stated they were out, but simplybecause someone of thier staff has been placing the wrong beans where the Hazelnut beans should be going. Instead of complainingabout the situation I simply think to myself, "it was an accident right, it won't be that way next time." Nope, it has happenedover and over four times since I came to this very Holdiday so I decided I will not be coming here anymore for coffee. It's likeordering a sandwich on sour dough toast and recieving the sandwich with rye bread instead. It leaves that taste in your mouthand your not quite sure if you want to try ordering it again. Mistakes happen, I know that, but I'll just get my coffeeelsewhere. Other then that the store is very clean, and the service from the counter are very nice. Hoping it has just been justa fluke because the Holiday in Virgina has not once done that.
